*Note
: (i) An IWWF Service Charge of SR.20 (Saudi Riyals
Twenty Only) per worker is charged from the Saudi Employers intending to
recruit Indian manpower at the time of attestation of recruitment
documents.
(Time Required
: Documents for attestation may be submitted to the CW Wing of the Embassy between
0840 hrs and 1200 hrs on any working day and are generally returned
between 1500 hrs and 1600 hrs the same day)

A) If the Recruitment is through the
Recruitment Agent in India:-

Employment Agreement (separate agreement for each category and

Letter addressed to Royal Saudi Embassy / Consulate in India |
The
documents at Serial 2, 3 and 4 above are to be duly attested by the Chamber of Commerce and Saudi
Ministry of Foreign Affairs, before their submission to the Embassy of
India.
B) If the Recruitment is done directly
by the Saudi Employer:-

Application for a Permit for Recruitment (Form VI.pdf) (original and

The
documents at Serial 2 and 4 above are to be duly attested by the Chamber of Commerce and Saudi
Ministry of Foreign Affairs, before their submission to the Embassy of
India.
C) Additional Conditions for Recruitment
of Housemaids:-
|
1. |
Undertaking from employer regarding free accommodation, free medical,
air fare and consular access. |
|
2. |
Letter from the sponsor showing the genuineness of his requirement of
housemaid. |
|
3. |
Copy of the Identity Card of Saudi sponsor. |
|
4. |
The age of the maid should not be less than FORTY years. |
|
|
Exceptions: a) |
Sponsors of Indian/South-East Asian origin and Indian Professionals
such as Doctors, Engineers, Business Executives, Computer Experts,
etc. may recruit the female household worker of or above the age of
thirty years. |
|
|
b) |
The husband, the brother or any near relative of the prospective
female household worker can bring the prospective worker of or above
the age of thirty years if his/her own sponsor is also the sponsor of
the prospective worker. |
|
5. |
No Indian female household
worker below the age of 30 years will be
appointed in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under any circumstances. |
