BUSINESS FORUM
The
Riyadh and Eastern Province chapters of India Business Forum were
launched by the Ambassador on November 19, 2007. The event was attended
by a large number of people from India business community in Saudi
Arabia. The objectives of the forum are; to
provide a platform to Indian business persons, Indian public sector
undertakings, Indian private sector business institutions, institutions
having business ties in India and address matters of mutual concern and
interest. It will also interact with apex business organizations in
India such as Federation of Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry,
Confederation of Indian Industry, Export Promotion Council for promotion
of Indian business interests in Saudi Arabia and vice versa besides
interacting with the Saudi business persons, business bodies and
Government of Saudi Arabia.
