VISA FOR SAUDI AND FOREIGN NATIONALS

Tourist Visa

Requirements for issue of Tourist Visa:-

• Original Passport (valid for a minimum period of six months at the time of submission of  visa application)
• Two recent Passport size photographs. Please See Photograph Requirements Document)
• Visa Application Form ( Form 9.pdf | Form 9.doc ), duly completed.
• Applicable Visa Fee in Cash Saudi Riyals
• Copy of Saudi ID card
•  Proof of confirmation of hotel accommodation in India
• Airlines ticket for India

Business Visa

Requirements for issue of Business Visa:-

• Original Passport (valid for a minimum period of six months at the time of submission of  visa application)
• Two recent Passport size photographs. Please See Photograph Requirements Document)
• Visa Application Form ( Form 9.pdf | Form 9.doc ), duly completed.
• Applicable Visa Fee in Cash Saudi Riyals
• A letter of request from a business establishment in Saudi Arabia and letter of invitation from Indian Co; both duly attested by respective chambers of commerce

BUSINESS VISA FOR RECRUITMENT OF MANPOWER FROM INDIA

Requirements for issue of Business visa for recruitment of manpower from India (Documents to be Submitted (in duplicate) for Recruitment of Visa) ::-

• Visa application form duly filled in with two photographs. Please See Photograph Requirements Document)
• Passport (with one photo copy)
• Visa Application Form ( Form 9.pdf | Form 9.doc ), duly completed.
• Letter from the company requesting visa for the applicant
• Applicant's I/D copy
• Copy of Visa issued by Saudi Labour Ministry for Indian workers
• Salary offered by the company to the Indian workers (category wise) proposed to be recruited (Minimum wages :  Unskilled labour-SR1000/- pm, skilled labour-SR1200 pm, Technician/Nurse-SR1600/- pm, Engineer/doctor-SR4000/- plus food, accommodation, transport and medical coverage as per Saudi Labour Laws)
• Correspondence with recruiting agent (s) (complete address, tel/fax Numbers/Email address of the agent in India)..
• List of addresses of all the recruitment agents in India whose services the company utilized in past or propose to utilize in near future.
• List of all Indian workers working in the company/concerned branch of the company
• Copy of Registration Certificate of the sponsoring company
• Copies of three employment contracts signed by the company with its employees in the recent past for the same category of employees as are being recruited

[Note :- The applicant himself has to come for interview in the Embassy by Second Secretary (Cons). The documents should be got checked in Room No. 107 in the Embassy before the interview. The visa granting process may take around a week’s time.]

Transit Visa

Requirements for issue of Transit Visa:-

• Original Passport (valid for a minimum period of six months at the time of submission of  visa application)
• Two recent Passport size photographs. Please See Photograph Requirements Document)
• Visa Application Form ( Form 9.pdf | Form 9.doc ), duly completed.
• Applicable Visa Fee in Cash Saudi Riyals
• Photocopy of the onward journey ticket.

Student Visa

Requirements for issue of Student Visa:-

• Original Passport (valid for a minimum period of six months at the time of submission of  visa application)
• Two recent Passport size photographs. Please See Photograph Requirements Document)
• Visa Application Form ( Form 9.pdf | Form 9.doc ), duly completed.
• Applicable Visa Fee in Cash Saudi Riyals
• Provisional admission letter in original along with a copy from a recognized educational institution in India.
• A letter of financial support from parent / guardian along with a bank guarantee worth SR.7,000 (Saudi Riyals Seven Thousand) for the duration of the course/study.
• Father's employment letter indicating position held and salary attested by Chamber of Commerce/foreign Ministry.
• An undertaking from  parents/guardian for meeting all the expenses for their child/children studying in India and to the effect that their child will not be engaged in any unlawful and undesirable activity.
• Iqama/Bataka copy

Visa to Visit Relatives or for Medical Treatment

Requirements for issue of Visit Visa:-

• Original Passport (valid for a minimum period of six months at the time of submission of  visa application)
• Two recent Passport size photographs. Please See Photograph Requirements Document)
• Visa Application Form ( Form 9.pdf | Form 9.doc ), duly completed.
• Applicable Visa Fee in Cash Saudi Riyals
• Names and complete addresses of relatives to be visited in India.
• Medical Reports / Hospital References in case of medical treatment.
• Iqama/Bataka copy
• Letter of Sponsor (in case of non-Saudis) and medical treatment papers
• Letter of admission from the hospital in India

Employment Visa

Requirements for issue of Employment Visa:-

• Original Passport (valid for a minimum period of six months at the time of submission of  visa application)
• Two recent Passport size photographs. Please See Photograph Requirements Document)
• Visa Application Form ( Form 9.pdf | Form 9.doc ), duly completed.
• Applicable Visa Fee in Cash Saudi Riyals
• A copy of the contract signed with the employer in India or a letter regarding the offer of appointment in India.
• Applicant to be present in person

Diplomatic / Official Visa

Requirements for issue of Diplomatic / Official Visa:-

• Original Passport (valid for a minimum period of six months at the time of submission of  visa application)
• Two recent Passport size photographs. Please See Photograph Requirements Document)
• Visa Application Form ( Form 9.pdf | Form 9.doc ), duly completed.
• Note Verbale from the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs  indicating the purpose of the visit.
